We're heading back to a year like no other and we need all hands on deck. Inspiring and empowering our student leaders to take on the challenge with us will be integral to maintaining a strong sense of community spirit and energy in all our musical pursuits. Join us for this interactive panel discussion to hear from colleagues about the ways they have successfully built student leadership and mentorship opportunities, the impact peer to peer interaction has had on their programs, and ideas for how they plan to energize their student leaders and the key roles they will play during a unique year of positive music-making.
