We are a group of dedicated, concerned music educators and supporters who actively promote Music Education through Band in Ontario. In order to serve all music educators we are proposing the following to serve your needs:

The Mission Statement

The Ontario Band Association (OBA) is dedicated to serving music directors and students effectively and to promoting and fostering excellence in music education in Ontario through bands.

Objectives

To establish a community of band educators in Ontario
To identify, create and distribute resource materials amongst band educators
To organize and plan professional development activities
To arrange opportunities for collaboration between band educators
To provide growth opportunities for students
To raise awareness of the importance of Music Education-Advocacy
