About The Festival
Dear Colleague,
Greetings from the Ontario Band Association. I would sincerely like to welcome you once again to this year's OBA Concert Band Festival, celebrating our tenth anniversary this year. As you may know, we are still a MusicFest Canada Affiliate and therefore you will have the opportunity to receive an invitation to perform at the Nationals of Musicfest Canada later in May.
We have worked hard at making this festival unique, striving to offer both students and band directors with the very best one-day educational experience possible. We continue to work at improving this event and we encourage your feedback and support.
Our primary objective is to provide a high quality music festival for all participants with expanded opportunities for both listening and performing. Our goal is to provide participants and directors with a rewarding, educational and musical experience. I look forward to seeing you at this year's OBA Concert Band Festival.
